We
are looking for a new team member to expand our already growing customer base.
We are in a position to train, mentor and assist with making someone successful
in this endeavor.
Our ideal candidate will possess an internal drive to achieve, an ability to
quickly establish rapport, and qualify potential opportunities. These will be
the primary responsibilities and the most likely determiners of success.
Specific industry experience is not absolutely required; however, experience
with insurance, mortgage, real estate, or banking will help you to ramp up
quickly. We are seeking an energetic relationship builder with an orientation
towards growth. You will be expected to assist in finding the opportunities,
getting the requirements, and managing the sales process to close.
Training and the activity based formulas for success will be provided.
Successful completion of the training will lead to a transferable license.
The position will provide a base during ramp up and an uncapped commission
upside. A good candidate should expect approximately $60K in the first year.
