FAVORITE ALLSTATE MEMORY
My greatest memory of Allstate is going for my interview to get my own
agency on my 23rd Birthday. I was nervous for one of the few times in my
life. I ended up with the opportunity to become one of the youngest Allstate
Agents ever!
IF I COULD LEAVE MY COLLEAGUES WITH ONE KEY
MESSAGE, WHAT WOULD IT BE?
Always take care of those who take care of you. Take care of your customers,
love and support your family and friends, and they, along with life, will in
turn take care of you.
WHO IS MY PERSONAL HERO?
My late grandfather. He supported me since day one, pushed me to be the best
and most honest I could be in business and in life. He taught me how to be a
deep down true person, how to always keep my head up, and how to manage life
when times get tough.
WHAT DO I SAY TO THE AGENT WHO SAYS "I CAN'T
DO WHAT YOU DO?"
You can do anything that YOU want to do with this life. It's all about
attitude, commitment and balance.
IF I COULD GIVE ONE TIP TO EVERY INSURANCE
AGENT, WHAT WOULD IT BE?
If you have to think twice about it, don't do it, or ask for help. Work
within the system, not against it.
